MISSION STATEMENT

Journey To Recovery brought together 23 adults in recovery from addiction between October 2017 and December 2018. Together they learned different ways of telling their own stories; through film, art, exhibition, creative writing, oral history, sound design, public speaking and reminiscence in order to redress the historical absence of voices experiencing addiction. This website features a collection of their work and will serve as a springboard for future collaborations and celebrations of recovery. This is their story.
